1. Who we are

GyanSetu360 is a cloud ERP for schools, colleges and universities provided by GyanSetu360 (GSTIN 24ADTPT6967D1ZV). This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the GyanSetu360 service.

2. Roles

Each institution that uses GyanSetu360 decides what student, parent and staff data it records and is the data fiduciary for that data. GyanSetu360 processes it on the institution's behalf only to provide the service. For data you give us on this website (enquiries, sign-up), GyanSetu360 is the data fiduciary.

3. What we collect

Website: name, e-mail, phone, institution name and the message you send. Service: the records your institution enters, login and audit logs, and technical data such as IP address and browser type used for security.

4. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, create and run your account, provide support, send service and billing messages, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations (for example GST invoicing). We do not sell personal data and do not use student data for advertising.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in India with encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access, audit trails, encrypted sensitive fields (such as Aadhaar numbers) and regular backups. Access by our support staff is logged and time-limited.

6. Retention

Institution data is kept for as long as the institution's account is active and for a limited period afterwards so it can be exported; it is then deleted. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for access, correction or erasure of your personal data and withdraw consent. Students, parents and staff should contact their institution first; you can also contact us at the address below.
