Refund & cancellation policy

1. Free trial first

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; the licence stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

3. Refunds

Licence fees are generally non-refundable once the licence period has started. If you cancel within 7 days of the first payment of a new licence and have not used the service in production, contact us and we will consider a refund less any setup or payment-gateway charges.

4. Upgrades and added modules

Upgrades and additional modules are charged pro-rata for the remaining period. Removing modules takes effect at the next renewal.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, with a credit note against the tax invoice.
