Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the use of GyanSetu360, provided by GyanSetu360. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your institution.

2. Licence

The service is licensed per institution for the licence and modules you choose, for the period paid for (normally one year). Limits such as number of students, staff users and storage apply as shown on the pricing page or in your order.

3. Trial

New accounts may receive a free trial. At the end of the trial the account continues only after a licence is purchased; trial data is kept for a short period so it can be carried into the paid licence.

4. Fees and taxes

Licence fees are payable in advance. GST is charged as applicable and a tax invoice is issued. Prices may change for renewals with prior notice; the price of a paid period does not change.

5. Your responsibilities

Keep login details confidential, enter lawful and accurate data, obtain any consents needed from students, parents and staff, and use the service only for your institution's legitimate purposes.

6. Our responsibilities

We aim to keep the service available, secure and backed up, and to provide support during business hours. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Data ownership and export

Your institution owns its data. You can export it at any time while the account is active and for a reasonable period after it ends.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GyanSetu360's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current licence period; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
